• All renters must be 23 years of age or older.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Must submit valid personal auto insurance.

• Renter’s personal auto insurance will be filed in the event of an accident.

• Rental agreement must be executed prior to operating golf cart.

• It is your responsibility to make sure golf cart rentals are allowed where you are staying, please make sure with your property manager before booking. A refund will not be issued if you are not able to use your rental.

• Cancellations within 10 days of cart rental will not receive a full refund.

• Same day cancellations will be charged $100 cancellation fee.

• Please refer to our “Golf Cart Rules” tab for more information.

Please let the security guard at gate know you are going to “Cabana Café”. 

No overnight parking allowed at Cabana Cafe, please contact us for parking accommodations.

• 2 nights or less rentals must be picked up and dropped off at our location, 112 Seascape Drive, Suite 1, Miramar Beach, 32550. Carts are parked on the east side of Ariel Dunes 1 Building.

• If you have a 3 night or more rental and request to have us deliver and pick up, there will be a $75 fee. *Note we will only provide delivery and pick up if you’re staying along Scenic Highway 98. Our convenient location allows you the opportunity to save the $75 fee by picking up and returning the cart yourself.

Overnight rentals can be picked up at location 7 days a week based on availability. Golf cart must be returned at 9:00 A.M. on the last day of your rental.

• Please call if these times do not fit your arrival schedule and we will do our best to meet your specified time request.

• Carts must be returned at 9 A.M. on the last day of your rental.

• Please fill tank with 87 Unleaded. Carts returned without a full tank will be billed $75 unless prepaid option was chosen during your reservation process.

• $100 per hour will be charged for every hour the cart is past the return time and not in our possession.

• Carts must be returned in the same condition as the day it was picked up/delivered.

• Please call or text when you are on your way.
